What is a Virtual Assistant?

Your Virtual Office Assistant is that indispensable element of your office staff that you just cannot do without. They are like an indispensable tool for the success of your business, once you contract with an expert in this field you will wonder how you ever did without one.

Virtual Assistants are currently working as Executive Assistants, Secretaries, Data Entry Personnel, Clerks, Tax Advisors, Accountants, Medical Transcriptions, Web Design and Promotion, as-well-as, a multitude of other tasks.

Your VA is not an employee of your company. They are in fact small business owners themselves. They may be someone you only want to type a single project and use on an as needed basis or they can be used on an ongoing basis. VAs become an integral part of your business. VAs pride themselves on becoming partners with your company interested in helping your small business succeed. They get to know you personally, want to know your customers and assist you in maintaining close contact with your customer base.

Communication between you and your VA is accomplished using phone, fax, email, diskette transfer, cassette tape, overnight mail, and instant messaging.

VAs perform a variety of tasks that can include but are not limited to Information Processing, Internet Research, Bill Paying services, Mail and Email services, Event Planning as well as assist in making travel arrangements.

They are small business owners who, like any other business owner, define their success by customer satisfaction.  They work hard to provide great customer service and they strive to do their best in representing their clients when dealing with customers.
